  • Absolutely. While many people originally found me through my sobriety work, the coaching and writing I do now is much broader than alcohol.

    A lot of the women I work with are navigating things like people-pleasing, loss of identity, difficult relationships, low self-trust, burnout, confidence issues, major life transitions, ADHD traits, emotional overwhelm, or the feeling that they’ve spent years overriding themselves.

    You do not need to identify as having a drinking problem to work with me.

  • The Permission Circle is my membership space for women who want to reconnect with themselves, trust themselves more deeply, and stop overriding what they know to be true.

  • I work with a limited number of private clients at any one time, so availability varies.

  • Alongside more than eight years of coaching experience, I’m trained in NLP, life coaching, menopause wellbeing and ADHD-informed practice, and I also hold a certified SHE RECOVERS Professional designation.

    I’m the founder of Soberistas, have written multiple books, and have spent well over a decade working with women navigating change, identity, emotional wellbeing and behavioural patterns.

    And slightly randomly, I have an American History degree and a Law degree!

  • I’m always happy to receive invitations for podcasts, interviews, workshops and speaking opportunities.

    Please include as much detail as possible in your enquiry, including audience, format, proposed dates and timescales, and I’ll let you know if I’m available.

  • I completely understand why people ask this, but unfortunately I’m not able to offer informal coaching, mentoring or lengthy support conversations via email, DMs or coffee meet-ups outside of my paid work.

  • I have been in some very dark places myself and I know how hard life can feel at times.

    However, while I’m a coach, I’m not trained or qualified to provide crisis or emergency mental health support.

    If you are in immediate danger, feeling unable to keep yourself safe, or in acute distress, please reach out to your GP, local mental health services, or a crisis support organisation for immediate support.

  • No - and these enquiries won’t receive a response.

  • I aim to respond within 3–5 business days.
