A ROADMAP BORN FROM REALITY:Why I created the Permission Principle.
In 2012, I founded Soberistas.com, building a global community for thousands of women long before the "sober curious" movement had a name.
The Permission Principle was the logical next step to that success. I had seen – and experienced – the brutal mid-life "drift" that happens when we spend decades fixing everyone else while overriding our own judgement.
I’m a certified life coach and NLP practitioner, but more importantly, I now have a proven structure to stop that drift that paralyses so many of us.
I built this framework because I spent years deferring to others and staying in situations far longer than I should have:
